I haven't forgotten about this but this week has been a bit crazy (short
visit to the US, which has led to all sorts of family/friends funtime)
and I'm having a strange problem trying to get setuptools installed so I
can test things. Anyway, I will have to push it back to next week. Sorry
for the delay.
