Hi Sam, it seems paster is being fed the wrong config.paster should look at paste{,_local}.ini, but is apparently being fed mediagoblin.ini.
paster is just a deployment framework that spins up the WSGI application and opens a communication channel to it via either HTTP or FCGI. The instructions that paster need are in paste.ini. The GNU MediaGoblin application then finds mediagoblin{,_local}.ini based on information in the paste{,_local}.ini
If you join the IRC channel right now I'm available (I'm in the CEST timezone). Chris should be waking up any moment now as he is in the EST timezone, if memory serves me right.
If you can't join the IRC channel, try to find anything that calls paster and points to mediagoblin.ini and change it to point to paste.ini.

By default, it should be in the same directory as your paste.ini that's being loaded from?Yup, it's in the same directory as paste.ini, mediagoblin_local.ini, and mg.fcgi. I also reverted mediagoblin.ini using 'git checkout mediagoblin.ini' to make sure it was in its original condition, but still the same error: LookupError: No section 'main' (prefixed by 'app' or 'application' or 'composite' or 'composit' or 'pipeline' or 'filter-app') found in config [...]/mediagoblin/mediagoblin.ini I've attached the copy of mediagoblin.ini that I'm using. Also, we might be able to help you with this a bit faster on IRC, so feel free to join us there: #mediagoblin on irc.freenode.netThanks, I was in the channel before but nobody was around. I'll drop by in future if I can. Best, Sam.
