[GMG-Devel] H.264 High Profile decoder?

Hey there,

(Please make sure to CC me on replies, as I'm accessing the group
through GMane, and am not directly subscribed to the list).

I just asked this on IRC, but I figured I might as well ask here, too.

I recently `apt-get upgrade`d my Debian into Buster. Since then,
Mediagoblin seems to be unhappy with videos I upload from my phone.

I get this error:

    H.264 (High Profile) decoder is missing

and this in the console:

    WARNING [mediagoblin.media_types.video.processing] GStreamer: missing H.264 
(High Profile) decoder

I've done a

        python ./setup.py --upgrade

thinking I might need to re-link python modules, installed various
flavours of gstreamer-1.0-plugin-*, and restarted GMG between each test,
but it still fails ):

What am I missing?
