[Monotone-devel] .mt-ignore and .cvsignore files

Hi,

I've just made a patch to support the '.mt-ignore' file. It's a simple
file which contains one regular expression per line. Do you have any
objections against making it a standard way to describe ignored files?

I also attached Lua code to support '.cvsignore' files. It's handy when
someone is tracking project which has upstream stored in CVS. I think it
could be put in the contrib dir.
