Hi Franck
You may want to look at Selenium http://seleniumhq.org/ which
allows you to set up test scripts using a firefox plugin. I've not used
it myself, but I should and it is very popular.
There is also Apache JMeter, which I have used. Although primarily
a load testing tool, it can also be configured to set up functional
tests: http://jakarta.apache.org/jmeter/ . JMeter is a bit tricky to
get used to, so I'd look at Selenium first.

Hello,
Does myExperiment run some automated tests from time to time to make
sure all the features of the site are working fine? In addition, do you
do any automated tests before every new release to make sure existing
features on the site are still up and running?
I currently have to manually test every single BioCatalogue feature
before any release. With the number of features growing It's becoming
time consuming. I was wondering if there are anything we can leverage
from myExperiment.
Thanks
Franck
