To reproduce the bug, run:

    src/nano --igno +44 NEWS

The cursor and line 44 are placed at the top of the screen
instead of in the middle (which it will do correctly when
adding --soft on the command line).

The same happens when not using a +<linenumber> but using
--pos and closing and reopening the file somewhere other
than on line 1.

If you can fix the bug, please only send the patch that
was changed.  Or if you prefer to fix the bug on top of
the current patch set, that is fine too.
