Subject: [Nano-devel] [BUG] ctrl-c issue with the "file was modified since you opened it" prompt

Open a file in two instances of nano. Modify and save instance A. Modify and 
save instance B but press ctrl-c when it asks to continue saving. The cursor 
returns to the edit window but the prompt remains. A second ctrl-c is needed to 
close the prompt.
