Open a file in two instances of nano. Modify and save instance A. Modify and save instance B but press ctrl-c when it asks to continue saving. The cursor returns to the edit window but the prompt remains. A second ctrl-c is needed to close the prompt.
Thanks for reporting. This happens only when using 'set nohelp' or --nohelp, right? The same problem occurs when using --nohelp --locking and running two instances on the same file and answering N or ^C to "continue?". Attached patch should fix it. The issue has been rereported in: https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?52755 (A subsequent patch will work the wnoutrefreh() into blank_statusbar().) Benno
