Well I guess I missed some stuff with the build.  I should have said a
few more things.

1.  I set it up as close to the current windows build as I could.  (So
it just goes and builds every single file.  We will need to setup the
include path so everything can "see" everything else)

2.  All "temporaries" go into a 'build' directory that can be deleted at
any time.  Also a 'make clean' just removes the directory.

3.  The three files I sent we're under the src directory.  We may want
them somewhere else, but it will require a couple small changes.
