I've checked in right now a change to make this more easy,
you can update the LocalFolder.py file.

The steps are:

 - Go to the "Properties" tab and remove the "title" property;

 - Add the properties "title_en" and "title_de";

 - Go to the "Attributes" tab and add the "title" attribute.
