Follow-up Comment #86, bug #41699 (project octave):

The unique thing about the formats "cur" and "ico" is that they are read-only
via GraphicsMagick, all other formats are read/write.

I commented out the portion of __magick_formats__ that sets the "read" and
"write" members to an empty value if the coder is registered as read-only.
Octave no longer segfaults on exit.

I put that back, and then tried using octave_map::assign instead of
octave_map::fast_elem_insert to see if that made a difference. Segfault on
exit returns.
