Follow-up Comment #45, bug #46795 (project octave):

Thanks, Torsten.  It was an easy update, and I also added the new function in
the commit message.

The new sequence is to apply
dbstop_20160124_cli.cset
then
dbstop_20160130_gui.cset

I assume they will be applied separately, in case one needs to be backed out.
