In those *.ts files, in the translation nodes, e.g.:

I see the attribute
type="unfinished"

Shouldn't these attributes be removed? That is, I guess these attributes
indicate a translation is required or still incomplete.
I'll await an answer before uploading the Dutch translation; I've completed it
and is /without/ those tags.

I do upload the org.octave.Octave.appdata.xml and org.octave.Octave.desktop.in
files (complete, no patch, the translations there are just one-liners)
