Regarding comment #25: I see the problem :(

I think solving this is not interesting for this bug tracker.  You can write
me (in German if you like) a personal message or by email
(address@hidden).  Short version is: get in YAST rid of the additional KDE
(and maybe other) repository. It is mainly for development, and partially
unstable (I do not use it) 
https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Add_package_repositories . Finally run


sudo zypper dist-upgrade


to get the stable state of all KDE packages back again.
