Follow-up Comment #11, bug #56298 (project octave):

That was the using octave from the offical 5.1.0 win64 installer

So, I am not seeing the issue reported  on the bug - I can however replicate
it with my test program in comment #4.

But am not sure why I dont see it in the GUI
