Follow-up Comment #3, bug #57703 (project octave):

On bug #56941 (rats), Rik said yes, this is a known test failure now, and he
would be discussing how to address this with the changes to make the rats
function Matlab compatible. Has not yet been discussed or resolved, but the
bug is marked fixed.
On bug #56515 (griddatan), that bug was indeed fixed with some change (July
2019), but then the fix for bug #50494 (December 2019) seems to have broken
the test case that was added for bug #56515. There was a question about how to
resolve the test failure on bug #50494, but since that bug was marked fixed,
it was also dropped and has not yet been resolved.
