Follow-up Comment #20, bug #59206 (project octave): The readme of OpneBLAS contains: > The TARGET option can be used in conjunction with DYNAMIC_ARCH=1 to specify which cpu model should be assumed for all the common code in the library, usually you will want to set this to the oldest model you expect to encounter. Currently, we don't set TARGET. That might mean the "common code" is built for the CPU on the build system. Maybe, we should set target to something (not sure to what). I'm currently trying to build OpenBLAS 0.3.12 in MXE Octave.
