Follow-up Comment #19, bug #58702 (project octave): Octave, v6.4: emf-export is still not working for "qt" and "fltk". gnuplot is still operational. gnuplot is also the only graphics_toolkit that exports pdf in form of cropped size. The situation is the same for Linux and MS Windows 10.
