Looks real and different from Apple's

$ ls -l /opt/local/bin/libtool 
-r-xr-xr-x  1 root  admin  155520 Apr 23 10:54 /opt/local/bin/libtool

$ ls -l /usr/bin/libtool 
-r-xr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  312880 Jun 15  2011 /usr/bin/libtool
