Thank you for uploading the release tarballs and proper tagging MXE.  No
worries, I am not discouraged yet.  If I am not responsive, it might be
due to other job obligations or due to my local timezone (JST).

I just need to learn the edgy parts of the release process too, and hope
to can improve that experience for future releases.  Like you said, jwe,
any developer or experienced user should be able to build Octave
releases.  That knowledge must not get lost and the "release burden"
should not only bother one developer.

So I started the MXE releases again.  Approx. +1 day.  The builds are
running this time in /release/mxe_XXXX to avoid my username to appear
everywhere.
