[Pandora] CONFIG_PACKET_MMAP and initial drops

Hi Simon

The initial packet drops I reported in previous mail has a quite simple
explanation:

the initial drops are caused in the interval between the function 
pcap-linux.c:live_open_new() starts and packet_ring_setup() call

So, IMHO there should be a call to pcap_stats at the end of the 
packet_ring_setup() function, so it's transparent to other architectures
that can have other semantics for pcap_stats
