Umh, you didn't think about migrating to 1.1.8 yet? Just as a hint 1.0.4
is no longer developed and has some nasty features (caused by the
callback design).

This one is a tricky bug. The only workaround currently existing is
deleting and recreating the listbox. I suppose you refer to the problem
PG_ListBox::DeleteAll() which I wanted to tackle next. :)
