Not directly. But it is fairly easy to code - as long as you only want
a longer reap time:

parallel --tmux 'echo {};(exit {}) || sleep 100000' ::: 0 0 1 2 0 0 3 4 0 0 5 6

Each failed job will, however, take up one job-slot.
