[Partysip-dev] "debian"-Directory into CVS?

maybe i've missed something, but according to

there should be Debian packaging infrstructure for partysip available. 
What is the reason that the debian related files are not included in the
CVS/distribution?

I'd be interested in those files because my architecture is not i386 ;)
