Has anyone had experience in successfully building
PartySip under WIN2K platform? If so, please share
with me your experience. There got to be someone
who went through this.

The best advise I can give you is to use linux!

I think the SDK I'm using for developpement is around
one year's old. (june 2002 or something close to this)
