About the Translations, I (p_pessagno on sf.net) have submitted 3 lang 
files (492708, 492695 and 492651) associated to email, todo and phpgwapi a 
week ago.
I plan to finish all phpgw spanish translation before .14 is out, also 
fixing some missing lang calls.
Is there an official Spanish translator there? The Spanish translation was 
severely outdated (at least, pre .12).
Also, who is in charge of translations?
