The app 'tts' is ported to XSLT as a sub-module (helpdesk) to the app
'property' in HEAD

property consists of several sub-modules - so far only the invoice
handling system and the helpdesk is completed.
In order to get access to all the menus for invoice handling system -
one has to have the admin-right (given in the admin area: 
Admin->Property->Permissions)
The helpdesk has lookup to properties
The invoice system has import for three different formats and lookup to
the addressbook.
The granting of invoices for payment is based on roles - that also has
to be given as permissions.
