Summary: Merge the calendar and todo apps into a single app

Background: Both the calendar and todo apps have a lot of common functionality 
and conceptual they are linked.  When a user looks at their calendar they are 
likely to want to be able to view their todo items for the same period.  The 
data structures for both type of entries are similar.

Considerations:  Allow users to still be able to view/edit todo items through a 
todo app.  Respect ACLs for allowing access to calendar and todo items as 
separate record types..
