On a fresh install / upgrade when you try to submit a new ticket you get the
following:
"Path to user and group files HAS TO BE OUTSIDE of the webservers
document-root!!!"
Once this issue is resolved existing tickets are not displayed, just a blank
"dummy ticket" with no info other than the date and time the page was loaded.
Submitting a new ticket generates the e-mail as expected, however the e-mail
does not contain the details of the ticket, just the subject.Sent from the
