C++ STL reference manual

Hi again:

As I already mentioned I have been working on a C++ STL reference manual
for a while and I would like some feedback on it. Since I understand that
this is the correct place to be sending this message I now will post where
you can get what I have done so far.

On this web page there is a link to a brief description of the manual and a
link to download it. At this time it is in ps.gz format.

This document is very bare bones, it deals with the STL contained in the
g++ distribution not the actual Standard STL.

If I haven't done this posting properly please let me know.
