I had a chat with some gtk+ gurus on IRC. They assured me that their
installation of gtk+ works fine with Greek, Russian, Spanish, Hebrew
etc characters on windows when compiled with Mingw.
Does your copy of gtk-demo.exe work properly? If not, then this isn't
something that pspp can really address.
If you have problems with gtk-demo.exe, then I suggest it's your
OS / Gtk+ installation which is faulty. Try downloading and installing
the "bundle" from http://www.gtk.org/download-windows.html
Alternatively if you gtk-demo displays non-ascii chars but psppire
does not, then this is something we need to look into further.
