Unfortunately I think the infrastructure at TP is a litte shakey.
Although the URL http://translationproject.org/POT-files/pspp-0.8.1.pot
suggests that the file which resides there is the pot file for 0.8.1
examination shows that it is in fact that of 0.8.0
I seem to remember we had problems like this before...
