Greetings All,

I am looking at the latest QEMU  and want to compile it based upon some information that I have read with regards to compiling it with threads to enhance SMP vCPU’s

The problem that I have run into is that I am not able to

./configure --target-list=x86_64-softmmu --enable-io-thread

I am getting that the configure script does not recognize the “--enable-io-thread ”

Any ideas what may be happening in QEMU  1.4.0 or the latest GIT branch?

Has this been taken out for some reason?

IO thread has been enabled by default  a long time ago, and the option "--enable-io-thread" in configure script has been removed.

Thanks and have a great day,
