I wrote a dynamic window list based on ratmenu as solution/workaround
for that issue:

I bound it to <C-t> <w> (and the original static window list to <C-t>
<W>) so after having pressed <C-t> <w> I just have to choose the
window I want to switch to with the cursor keys, press enter et
voila... :-)

It even can list and switch between window groups with the option "-g"
(bound to <C-t> <g> in my case) since recently.

Nevertheless, I think rpbar is a neat add-on for ratpoison. I'll
probably send in some patches soon for minor issues I found. :-)
