Normally, *nothing* has to be changed when a project skip from non-GNU
to GNU.
At http://savannah.gnu.org/mail/?group=epsilon
the links are correct (ex: address@hidden)
and the archives works well.
The only stuff not changed automatically (because set at mailing
list creation) is base url for mailman installation.
Where you have http://mail.freesoftware.fsf.org you should have
http://mail.gnu.org and where you have @nongnu.org -> @gnu.org
Normally project admins can change it by themselves.
