On Savannah, we have a clear distinction between projects part of the
GNU Project and others non-GNU projects.

It seems to me that these GUG are not GNU Projects, but the Nixal
GNU/Linux Usr Grp during the registration asked to be considered as
part of the GNU Project. 

So, is it possible for a GUG to be part of the GNU Project?
