ciabot.pl is a perl script that runs and send a email to an

IRC bot that records statistics and displays information in

our IRC channel, so we know when people are committing.



Exact same problem occured about 1 minutes ago after another

commit.



I assume this has something to do with the permissions of

running perl, and whether it's setuid or not.  Just Guessing.
