------------------ Additional Follow-up Comments ----------------------------
First, I'd like to say that project administrators are entitled to manage their
projects has they want. They can close an item even if the submitter does not
agree on that.

However, this bug as been closed by the message "Bug submission from banned
contributor. Closed without

considering it as per previously stated policy". I'm not sure that we want on
savannah accepting that a project impose this kind of policy. This is the first
time that this issue is brought.

I'm going to ask different persons what they think about this situation and
post more information later on this item.

Summary: Abuse of the BUG tracking system

Original Submission: Dear Sirs,

I have reported a bug to a hosted project

One person is abusing his power to close down valid bug reports from me in a
discriminatory manner.

The users of the project are having the truth hidden from them.

https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailitem&item_id=6929

Can you please reopen my trouble tickets and give them a fair trail. I think
that the person closing them is doing a disservice to the savannah and the gnu
project.

mike
