Description:
NightRise offer the opportunity to give a lot of security and features to
the administrator letting him/her to decide which options activate in the
server, in order to fit exacly the network wants.
Some options that the IRCd let to decide:
Switching On/Off about Channel Modes "Owner, SOp, ChanOp, HalfOp,
Voice"
Presence of command like /DCCALLOW and /CHATALLOW to stop bad-behaviour
use of DCC connections
The IRCd presents CryptHost, IPv6 & SSL support
BanWalk, LimitWalk, BanShun, Channel Squelch and other userful channel
status to keep the channel safe with the presence of Network Service or
Not
Special bans to Squelch or Deny Nick Changes single Wildcards, Ban GECOS,
and to create new types of Channel Tunnelling

Some code is ready but not online
