Thank you very much for the details.

We've noticed that some old versions of OpenSSH and some proprietary
implementations of SSH do not deal well with the anonymous
passwordless SSH checkout method. And that, since we upgraded our
OpenSSH server.

We're planning to support back anonymous pserver access in the near
future - while keeping anonymous SSH for users behind badly configured
firewalls.

I added a note in the generic project CVS instructions.
