Details:

As reported on the sks-devel list [0], http://www.nongnu.org/sks/ currently
points to a domain squatter.  It should be re-pointed to 
http://minsky-primus.net/sks/.

I'm not currently a member of the sks group, so i don't even have a chance of
having privileges to make this fix myself.  However, if you want to make me
part of the group (i don't know any ocaml) and give me permissions to make the
change, i'd be willing to take responsibility for managing the savannah
webhosting side of things for sks.

I don't know who else is responsible for it at the moment.
