The most common reason is that some required fields are not properly filled in 
the form.
In such cases the website shows the registration form again, highlighting in 
red the missing information.

Please ensure to fill all the information,
and mark the correct checkboxes (note that one of the checkboxes must not be 
marked, as explained in the form).

If you are certain you have filled all the information appropriately, please 
provide more information (such as the project name you are trying to register, 
and if possible, the current IP address you are using) and we could try to 
troubleshoot the issue.
