When you try to submit new registration for your project,
and the registration form re-appears, does it show any error messages (at the 
top of the page, in a green or red box)?
Does it show any red message next to one of the input fields ?

Also, which web browser and operating system are you using?
Is it possible for you to try a different web browser ?
