Glad to see you're here :-)

I've approved your project--welcome on board!

Before you upload your sources please do the following:

1. Add copyright and license notices to the following newly added files:
prefs.php, process_prefs.php, include/menu.php

2. Remove scripts/cal.js, as it's no longer used and it's still impossible to
distribute it along with your GPL'd project.

Last, but not the least, please add a full-text verbatim copy of GNU General
Public License version 3 at the top level in a file conveniently named
`COPYING'--it's required in order to release the project under the terms of
GNU GPL.

I've updated your project info to reflect the use of GPL v3 or later.

Don't hesitate to ask questions if something is still not clear. ;)
