Just use GIT. The CGIT web interface exports snapshots of your code as
tarballs.
If you tag a baseline as "foo-project-3.0" and push the tag to the
repo, right away,
a "foo-project-3.0.tar.gz" download link appears in the dynamic CGIT
page
for your repo.
