[Self-platform-dev] Update on internationalization

In this version the selfApp-ca.po file was modified, the following
lines were changed

"Language-Code: ca\n"
"Language-Name: Catalan\n"

and the hindi po file was added. This version will solve the problem
of strings translated to catalan coming in english locales.
