Details:

When one views the objects in one's shelf only the titles are presented but
they cannot be viewed or accessed directly.

The title of the object should:
1) in case of a course, link directly to the course manager view of that LO
2) in case of an audio, video or image file present it in the view tab on the
right (in one of its tabs) and present the necessary handles in case it is an
audio or video file to play it.

Please correct this.

Wrt other Shelf related issues, I note that in the list of saved objects
there is a column missing to present the latest version (when newer versions
have become available after saving one specific version to the Shelf). Please
add hat column and link to the newer version in case that is availabe.

The "Add to Bookshelf"-button can be taken out from the Shelf Manager view.
