the problem I think is we are not able to reproduce the errors that
you are getting.  send us one course that needs to be imported,  we
will try as many times as possible, not an issue here till the problem
is identified.   send the sequence of events that you are doing with
the context information.  that way, we may be able to reproduce the
error.

please understand, before we try to fix the bug, we need to understand
what the bug is, and we should be able to reproduce it.
