Hi,
Regarding writing the proposal for GSOC 2016, is it mandatory to create an
account in SMC wiki. On SMC wiki application-template webpage, it is mentioned
that "Every applicant should create an account in SMC wiki". But I am unable to
find any guidelines for creating an account.
