elfio headers are installed to $prefix/include/elfio/elfio/. Is that really
where they should be? They double directory looks like a mistake. Should they
instead be in $prefix/include/elfio/? Or, after dealing with bug #65950,
$prefix/include/simulavr/elfio/?
